Eligibility
1. A sophomore, junior, or senior (with an additional term/or year) and interested in pursuing a PhD
AND identify as EITHER:
2. A low-income, first generation student (click here for the federal guidelines on income)
OR
3. An underrepresented group in graduate education
4. Have at least a 2.80 or higher GPA.
The ideal candidate for our program is a student who has completed 60-semester units and meets the eligibility requirements; however, if you are interested in the program, qualify, and have not yet reached junior status, please contact us so that we can help you prepare to apply. There are no major requirements. All majors are welcome and encouraged to apply.
